CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE CROCKPOT |

I got this recipe from my Aunt Evangeline. It's an easy one dish meal. |

Serves 4 |
|
|
|
Ingredients: |
|
|
|
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans (2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1 cup raw long grain converted rice
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
|
|
|
|
Directions: |
|
|
|
Combine soup, mushrooms and rice in a bowl. With a spatula pour into a greased crockpot. Lay chicken on top of mixture and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours. |
