MOCHA BUNDT CAKE
(This cake stays moist for quite a few days.)
Very easy!
Ingredients:
  • 19 ounce package white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 3 ounces instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed on electric mixer for 4 minutes. Spray bundt pan with vegetable oil cooking spray. Make sure all areas of the bundt pan on the inside are sprayed. Pour mixture into bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the center. I transfer mine to a cake dish immediately. I find it comes out best this way. Place dish on top of bundt pan and turn bundt pan upside down. The whole cake should come out really easy. Let cool.
I just use powdered sugar sprinkled on top but you can use frosting.
