STUFFED PORK CHOPS |
(You can use any Stove Top stuffing mix, but I like this one with the cornbread stuffing mix.) |

(Serves 4) |

Ingredients: |
- 4 pork chops
- 1 box (6 ounces) Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
- 1-1/2 cups hot chicken broth
- pepper
Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season each pork chop with pepper. Make a pocket in each pork chop by cutting between rib bones. Combine stuffing mix and chicken broth. Stuff each pork chop with 1/2 cup stuffing. Place in 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Spoon stuffing around pork chops. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning once halfway through baking. |
