"THICK AS A BRICK - Jethro Tull"

BOBBIE'S PAWS
BOBBIE
Watch out for Bobbie-Bee, my furry little friend who is now 16 years old. She follows me everywhere :o)

Mike & I

This is pic comes to mind when I think of myself and my husband :o). We've been married for 12 years. :o) He's my very best friend and also my business partner.

I love cats. :o)

Bobbie sometimes likes to play on the 'puter with me. I used to have two cats but one died on New Years Eve 1998 of a heart condition *sniff*. Bobbie misses her.

There are alot of things I did before the accident. I had my own home business in reporting typing/news letters/resumes... you name it and as well I was also internally digesting a 30 course computer certificate program which unfortunately had to be put on hold.

I have alot of interests but some that you can actually see and feel are my cross stich work, and my writing.

I used to work like a psycho maniac - a massive paper pusher, I'm more laid back now.

As a writer, I'm in the infant stages, but I have kept a journal since I was 12 years old. Before I was involved in the car accident I was aggressively attacking a correspondence course in creative writing and as well writing short stories and working on a novel. It seems like I was always typing :o)

Now in 2003 I write quite a bit and am hardly on line anymore.

I guess that comes with me being more mobile since the accident in 1998.

As a newly published writer, I'm presently writing a novel (drama/love story type) and as well a book on the funny side of life.

If I ever get around to it, I'll post some of it.

Since my accident I haven't written much except in my journal to document my injuries *yuck* - boring.

I don't have to do that anymore :o)

But now that I'm feeling better I'm working on gettin' back into the groove of things.

I work out casually now, nothing like before. But some things never change

I still look like this afterwards. :o)

Although my passion of all time is martial arts and I loved that dearly. It's one of the things that I miss the most, and still do.

I love indoor plants of all kinds. Actually that's why I was involved in the accident. I was getting some plant food for my banana trees which I was growing, (Yes indoors - in my dining room :o). Everyone now refers to them as the "dam banana trees". Everyone marvels at how healthy my plants are and it was once said to me that I could make a piece of 2 x 4 bloom :o) Since the accident, the banana trees have grown to a height of over 5 feet and became pot bound.

and they sprouted babies!

I gave them away to good homes.
