Cuteness: Okay seriously I have always though Vegeta to be an attractive Anime character.. so it's no wonder he made it to the number two slot. I really think it's a mix of his character, and his hair (gotta love the anti-gravity thing)
Flaws:He is kind of a spoiled brat at time (but still part of his charm)
Point in Dragonball Z: First he was evil and was after Goku... but after awhile he became a good guy and always tried to best Goku, until finally realizing he was inferior to Goku.
