... When you open your eyes, you are surrounded in utter darkness. A point of light suddenly appears; a portal swirling into being. The pure white light is quite blinding until you rub your eyes and squint... almost simultaneously thousands more portals appear. The first one turns purple and pink, and as soon as it does, a sign falls and sticks into the blackness beside it, labeled, "Pega's Lair." A sign appears near three other portals: "C'bana'Siaco,"  "Pona'Siaco," and "Mueana."

... A voice drifts overhead, distant and harmonious, as if tossed by some unseen wind.

~The space between your world and mine,

Holds time between more worlds than nine.

And all the things you find next door,

Will have you laughing all the more.

But if you pass with bad intent,

You may have to pitch a tent.

The Space Between is where you stop,

If you have come to chase the clock.

And if you take what belongs here,

You may have a lot to fear.

So do not seek to gain control

For something's always on patrol...~

...The voice deminishes as quickly as it began, and leaves you staring into the portals. ~It's always best to choose first things first....~
