According to the contract as well, the allotment process will be finalized when the contractor (ARIS INDUSTRIE) executes completely the construction works in conformity with the initial conception and intended designation. This is confirmed and recorded in a purchase statement.

The contract obviously says that the lessor local government has the right to repurchase the area - naturally- in accordance with the statements of the contract.

If the public interest requires so, the lessor (local government) can repurchase the area by refunding the investments till then.
