Lead Vocalist, Guitarist and Living History Interpreter "No Sweat Soap Factory & Eclectic Emporium"
Deb (Burnett) Carbone exhibits a variety of talents at each of the Dixie Darlin's shows. Masterfully playing the guitar, bowed psaltry, banjo and spoons along with her beautiful voice make her the highlight of any Dixie Darlin's concert. Also very active in living history interpretation, Deb and her husband Frank run the "No Sweat Soap Factory and Eclectic Emporium". For five generations the Clan Burnett has made Scottish lye soap in the verrry same pot using the verrry same rrrecipe. Deb and Frank are demonstrating this method at 18th century events and Rendezvous all over the country. Soap-making demonstrations and performances of their "other band", "The Moron Table Knocker Choir."
