2005 NATIONAL MINI
REX SHOW & CONVENTION

CHECK-IN: All exhibitors
must check in with show secretary upon arrival and NO LATER than
TIME: SHOW WILL START AT

There will be a Mini Rex Specialty Show on Sunday at
HEADQUARTERS MOTEL: The Super 8 at Midway exit off of I-35 in
CAMPING: KOA is adjacent to the
Rabbit runners will be available to help get the
animals to and from the show tables however it is the EXHIBITORS responsibility
to make sure the coops are unlocked and the rabbit made it to the table for
judging.
TMRRC will provide shavings for the coops. Purina, Heinold,
and Petrus rabbit feed will be available. Exhibitors
are responsible for all food and water cups. These will not be provided.
Grooming tables will be allowed in designated areas
only.

SHOW
RULES:
1. All animals
must be permanently and legibly ear marked in the LEFT ear. Animals will be
disqualified from
competition if not properly marked.
2.
Substitutions will be allowed for same VARIETY, CLASS and SEX at no
charge and must be made
AT TIME OF
CHECK-IN!! NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AT
THE SHOW TABLES!
3. Any animals
showing signs of DISEASE OR ILLNESS will be REMOVED from the show room.
4. TMRRC
reserves the right to add and/or delete judges as determined by the show
committee.
5. Entries must
be marked either OPEN or YOUTH. Any
entry not clearly marked YOUTH will be entered in OPEN.
6. All rabbits
must have Coop Numbers in their RIGHT ear.
7. Any returned
checks will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee AND MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF
CHECK-IN.
8. This show
will be governed by the latest show rules of ARBA. The filing of an entry
indicates
acceptance of ALL rules.

12. No animals
other than rabbits and Seeing Eye dogs will be allowed in the show
building. All rabbits must be
entered in the show or Sale Coops must be rented. Only ONE rabbit per Sale
Coop.
13. All coops
must be unlocked prior to

14. Exhibitors
not entered in the Sunday show will be released on Sunday, April 3rd

the exhibitor’s responsibility to keep their coops clean.
16. Parents are
responsible for their children and their actions. Please have respect for other
people and their
property.
17. Absolutely
NO SMOKING in the SHOWROOM!
18. No outside
Food & Drinks are allowed in the SHOWROOM.
A concession stand will be available.
