| OOC: To ensure the game is not biased toward any state, a statistical formula will be used. The relative strengths and weaknesses of each team will be derived from certain indicators from nationstates that have already been predetermined and have to do with the population specifically (not with political or economic conditions). The statistical formula's only purpose is to throw enough "chance" into the equation so that an inferior team could beat a superior team, albeit those chances woudl depend on the comparative advatanges.
