Built by Morrison Homes, construction started at the end of last year and we closed on it at the end of April 2003.
This model is known as the Carrington at around 2500 sg.ft this house is more than enough for the two of us.
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a gameroom and 18ft. celing in the living area.
After the inside is completed, i will add some pics of the finished interior.
We have a large backyard and the groundbreaking on the pool/hot tub will begin in a couple of days and with weather permitting, we will be swimming by the end of June.
After the pool is completed, then the best part...landscaping the back yard. When the landscaping is completed...POOL PARTY!!!
