Dues Are Late
Annual membership dues, land & capital assessments and unfulfilled obligation fees are now
OVERDUE.  Any portion of monies  that are unpaid will be assessed a $10.00 per month late fee.  If you are unable to complete your payments on time you must notify the Executive Committee immediately.  Time extensions will be decided by the Executive Committee on a case by case basis.

Spring Function Pig Roast
Chairman Chris Toce has proposed a date of June 13th for our annual spring event.  If anyone knows of any conflicting events around the state for this date please be sure to raise your concern at the March meeting of the membership.

Game Dinner
   All indications are that the Game Dinner was another big success.  A large crowd, plenty of food and a good time was being had by all.  The committee thanks all members who donated food and helped out at the function.  Chairman Bob Czerwinski will have a full report at the next membership meeting.

 Annual Ham Raffle

Members Obligations For 2003 - Members at Fault
    All members who failed to meet their 2003 function and/or meeting  obligations, or are delinquent in their 2004 dues and fees, have been sent letters.  As per the By-Laws of the Organization, these members are at fault and may not vote or enjoy any of the benefits of the Organization.  They may also be brought before the Executive Committee for disciplinary action and possible expulsion from the Organization.
 Buy / Sell / Return Ticket Policy
At the April 7, 1999 membership meeting a motion was made by Steve Cyr on behalf of the Operating Procedures committee and seconded by Mark Norton.The motion was passed by a vote of the members present. The committee presented the following recommendation for limits and penalties for turning in tickets late or not at all.All tickets must be turned in by the date of the event.  Members who have not turned in tickets after 30 days will be charged for those tickets.  If tickets are unpaid 30 days after being notified, the member will have all membership privileges suspended.

Operating Budget for 2004 The proposed operating budget for the year 2004 was voted on and passed at the February membership meeting.
Fish Derby Stockings
    The Members Fishing Derby is scheduled for Saturday April 3rd. The pond will be closed to all fishing from Sunday March 28th thru Saturday April 3rd.
The Kid’s Fishing Derby is scheduled for Sunday May 16th. The pond will be closed to all fishing from Sunday May 9th thru Sunday May 16th.
Summer Membership Meetings
A motion to hold an additional Membership Meeting at the club grounds in Colchester was made and
passed at the February membership meeting.  Therefore the June, July, August and September meetings will be at the club grounds beginning at 7:00 p.m.  Food and drinks will be served beginning at 5:00 for a small fee.

                             Colchester Camping Rules 
    The revised camping rules (attached) for the Colchester property were voted on and passed at the February  membership meeting.
Camping Regulations

1.   Campers that are being actively being used by a member may be left on the club property between April 1, and the end of the deer season. All other campers or other vehicles must be removed immediately.

2.   No storage of campers/vehicles will be allowed on the club property from the end of deer season through March 31, except as provided in the "Grandfather Provision"

3.   Campsites will be determined and numbered by the Property Management Committee. With the approval of the Executive Committee.

4.   Camping is not permitted on the rifle range or skeet range area.

5.   The Executive Committee shall designate four (4) prime sites. Reservations for a prime site may be made for no more than (2) weeks. Reservation requests will be made in the sign-in sheet located in the pavilion, and are on a first come, first serve basis. A two-week notice is required. Campers-tents must be removed from the campsite when camping is completed.

6.  Weekend campers will not need a reservation for a prime site if it is open.

7.   When campers are not being used, they must be moved from the camping area, and placed in an area designated by the Executive Committee.

8.   The member must maintain the member's camper and the space around the camper in proper fashion.

9.   No campsites may be occupied during a major event, unless approved by the Executive Committee.

10.   Any suspected violations of these regulations should be reported to the Executive Committee.
                                          
                                   
  "Grandfather Provision"
    Members whose names appear on the addendum, and are actively using their currently owned camper, will be granted the right to leave their camper on the property until December 2006.
