                                         Property Management Committee
    Chairman – John Rzeplinski – (860) 828-9739 – jrzeplinski@comcast.net
Co-Chairman Building Maintenance – Mark Burleigh – (203) 238-1819
Co-Chairman Grounds Maintenance – Ken Jones – (860) 342-2927
Co-Chairman Shooting Range Management – Phillip Gorneault – (860) 828-7743
Co-Chairman Wildlifee Management – unassigned
Co-Chairman Special Project Planning & Implementation – unassigned
The committee is divided into 5 sub-committees (building maintenance, grounds maintenance, shooting range management, wildlife management and special projects) whose responsibilities would include things from researching cost of materials to organizing work parties to running a chain saw or swinging a hammer. Specific work parties would be organized based on availability of those members who volunteer. And food and beverages would be provided accordingly.
The committee has a bunch of project proposals already in the works for 2005 and is seeking assistance in coordinating these undertakings. Please signup for specific sub-committees or just general help as available. The undertaking and success of any project will be subject to the support and participation of the general membership.
Volunteers as well as sub-committee chairmen and co-chairmen are still needed. Signup sheets will be posted with the Membership Meeting sign-in sheets or you may contact Chairman John Rzeplinski @ (860) 828-9739 or e-mail jrzeplinski@comcast.net or nbhf@sbcglobal.net to volunteer your services.
The Property Management committee is looking for members who are willing to volunteer some time to the upkeep and improvements to the properties and facilities of the organization. Help is needed in all phases of the cost analysis, planning and implementation of projects to improve the usability, appearance and security of the assets of the club. Some members may be needed on a call as needed basis only (for emergency repairs to electrical, plumbing or structural damages) while others may prefer to work on specific areas or projects. Either way it is a good way to earn points and socialize with fellow members while contributing to the future of the organization.
By-Laws Committee

A new By-Laws review committee has been appointed by President John Wrobel Sr. Anyone interested in participating may contact Chairman Harold Gannon at any Membership or Officers meeting or by calling him @ (860) 675-6449. Anyone that has a particular by-law that they would like to see revised should submit their suggestions, in writing, to the NBHFC e-mail box or to any officer of the organization.
Newsletter Articles

If anyone has an article or photograph that they would like put into the monthly newsletter please contact Corresponding Secretary Jim Bascetta or send them to the club’s e-mail address nbhf@sbcglobal.net.  All articles should have a heading followed by the text of the article that you would like published.
NBHFC Web Site
The club’s website is beginning to take shape and Corresponding Secretary Jim Bascetta is looking for suggestions for improvements or additions.  If you would like to see something added to the website please bring it to the attention of the officers at any meeting of the organization.  If you have not been to the website please get out there and check it out.  The address of the website is as follows:      http://www.oocities.org/nbhf@sbcglobal.net/index.html
