| Dues 2005 Annual membership dues, land & capital assessments and unfulfilled obligation fees are now due by February 2nd. Any portion of monies that are unpaid as of the February membership meeting will be assessed a $10.00 per month late fee beginning on the following day. If you are unable to complete your payments on time, you may apply for an extension of time by attending the February Officers Meeting on Wednesday February 16th. Time extensions will be decided by the executive committee on a case by case basis. |
| Members Obligations Letters will be sent out to members who have not fulfilled their 2004 obligations. Any monies owed will be collected with the payment of 2005 dues. If you are in disagreement with our records you must appear before the Executive Committee prior to the March 2005 membership meeting to state your case. If payment is not made and you do not appear your membership will be terminated. Requests for time payments must be received by the Executive Committee prior to the February membership meeting. |

| Game Dinner The date has been set for February 27, 2005 at the VFW. Tickets will be available at the January 5th meeting, Chairman Bob Czerwinski is already looking for donations of game for this year's game dinner. If any member is lucky enough to get more game than he or his family can use, please consider giving Bob a call @ 828-4260 to arrange for a drop-off Bob Czerwinski apologizes for not making December meeting, will have tickets at January meeting, they are going fast, first come first serve basis. |
| NBHFC Web Site The club’s website is beginning to take shape and Corresponding Secretary Jim Bascetta and his wife Gene (she is really the one that does all the work) are looking for suggestions for improvements or additions. If you would like to see something added to the website please bring it to the attention of the officers at any meeting of the organization. | Turkey Pies 99 Members sold only 48 pies, down 7 from last year. Committee members Chris Toce and Tim Walsh were a little disappointed with the lack of member participation. 29 members did not return their pies and will be assessed an additional $24.00 on their 2005 dues. Chris and Tim did a fine job running the raffle and should have a final report at the January meeting. Sell, buy or return. Turkey pie returns will be accepted at the January membership meeting only and will not be accepted thereafter. |
