| Buy / Sell / Return Ticket Policy At the April 7, 1999 membership meeting a motion was made by Steve Cyr on behalf of the Operating Procedures committee and seconded by Mark Norton. The motion was passed by a vote of the members present. The committee presented the following recommendation for limits and penalties for turning in tickets late or not at all. All tickets must be turned in by the date of the event. Members who have not turned in tickets after 30 days will be charged for those tickets. If tickets are unpaid 30 days after being notified, the member will have all membership privileges suspended. NOTE: This policy applies to both function and raffle tickets. In Addition: A list of members who have failed to return tickets within 30 days will be published in the next monthly Newsletter as notification. Ticket returns will no longer be accepted with the following years annual dues payment but the monetary assessment will be applied. |
