Proposed Changes to Camping Regulations
The enclosed proposed changes to camping regulations will be discused and voted on at the February meeting.
1. Campers that are being actively being used by a member may be left on the club property between April 1, and the end of the deer season. All other campers or other vehicles must be removed immediately.
2. No storage of campers/vehicles will be allowed on the club property from the end of deer season through March 31, except as provided in the "Grandfather Provision"
3. Campsites will be determined and numbered by the Property Management Committee.
With the approval of the Executive Committee.

4. Camping is not permitted on the rifle range or skeet range area.
5. The Executive Committee shall designate four (4) prime sites. Reservations for a prime site may be made for no more than (2) weeks. Reservation requests will be made in the sign-in sheet located in the pavilion, and are on a first come, first serve basis. A two-week notice is required. Campers-tents must be removed from the campsite when camping is completed.
6. Weekend campers will not need a reservation for a prime site if it is open.
7. When campers are not being used, they must be moved from the camping area, and placed in an area designated by the Executive Committee.
8. The member must maintain the member’s camper and the space around the camper in proper fashion.
9. No campsites may be occupied during a major event, unless approved by the Executive Committee.
10. Any suspected violations of these regulations should be reported to the Executive Committee.

"Grandfather Provision"
Members whose names appear on the addendum, and are actively using their currently owned camper, will be granted the right to leave their camper on the property until December 2006. These members will be required to perform 25 hours of work at the club grounds. The 25 hours do not include work at the club functions, or normal work details(i.e. Mowing of grass, cleanup for functions, etc.) If the 25 hours are not met, or the member no longer owns or uses the camper, it must be removed from the property immediately.
