Roof Needed - Help Wanted
   
The Property Management Committee is looking for a few good men to install a new roof on the blockhouse.  All materials will be supplied.  Work will need to be done shortly after the clambake.  A date will be set based on volunteers schedules.  To submit your name please contact John Rzeplinski at (860) 828-9739 or via e-mail at jrzeplinski@comcast.net.
              Nomination of Officer’s for 2005
Nomination of officers for the year 2005 will be accepted at the October and November membership meetings.  Elections will be held at the November membership meeting.        
              Membership Meeting Reminder
   
Membership meetings will now be held at the Spartan’s Club in Kensington beginning at 8:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month.
                     Paul’s Pond - Colchester
    A motion was made and accepted at the September membership meeting to allocate $3,500.00 for the improvements to Paul’s Pond in Colchester in 2005.  Anyone interested in participating in the analysis and implementation of the final plan please contact John Rzeplinski at (860) 828-9739 or via e-mail at jrzeplinski@comcast.net.

Lawn Tractor for Colchester
A motion was made and accepted at the September membership meeting to allocate $2,500.00 for the purchase of a new lawn tractor to maintain the Colchester property.  Members Rich Christensen, Bert Lantz and Phillip Gorneault have volunteered to participate on the purchasing committee.

                     Blacktop Improvements Needed - Quotes Wanted

                                               Union – Webster Rd.
Reminder:  This is the final year of the lease on the Hull Foresters Union Property on Webster Rd.  A new lease will have to be negotiated and a decision whether to renew or not will have to be made in early 2005.
