			I, the undersigned parent or guardian of _____________________, do hereby give my permission for him/her to view films in class for the purpose of deepening cultural understanding. I undersytand that some films may be rated R and may contain images that do not fit into the PG13 rating system. Furthermore, I understand that these films have been previewd by the teacher and judged to be appropriate for this age group.
