| Bonjour et Bienvenue dans la classe! |
| Grades: There are three categories; tests (45%), Quizzes(35%), Mastery practice including homework,classwork,etc (20%) Missed tests must be made up in afternoon academy within 5 days. Late work is not accepted unless absent. Tests not made up count as 0% |
| Attendance: Your are tardy after the bell rings. If more than 10 minutes, you must get an admittance slip from the office. More than 5 absences disqualifies you for a grade. After the 5th absence, each additional absence must be made up during Saturday School.. Your parents are contacted after the third tardy. You have 5 tardies without consequence (except loss of class time). The 6-8th tardy results in ISS for the period. You need a purple ISS admittance slip first. The 9+ tardy results in OSS |
| Electronic Equipment: May be used outside of class. Must be turned off in class at all times. If it rings in class, I will confiscate it and you can get it at the end of the day. After two times I will turn it into the office. |
| Bathroom: You get 5 passes at the beginning of the class. These must last for 9 weeks, so use them judiciously. Remember, you still need the standard hall pass (located in handbook) when leaving to uses the bathroom. |
| Eating: you may not eat in class. You may drink only water in a clear bottle. You will not be permitted to leave the class for water, so bring a bottle to class. |
| Hall Pass: You must obtain permission before leaving the class. Anytime you are out of class you must have a filled out hall pass in your handbook. |
