The NGO focuses on the productive/self-employment including:

 Natural resource management which includes.

    Agriculture

   livestock/poultry Development

 such as:

   Education, computer literacy program health and medicine.

   Training in various disciplines.

   Training workshops,seminars,field.

   visits, study tours.

   Housing and physical infrastructure development.

   Tourism and environmental protection.

   Micro-enterprise development.

   Strengthening coordination with government and non government organizations in order to pool the resources with the active participation of community organization at local level.

   To impart knowledge, skills and training to the community members in order to support them in gainful employment programs in the area as well as to facilitate the local population to avail the necessary services through the team of locally trained community members in various discipline.

   Assist and support the government in Azad Kashmir/Pakistan to design policies, programs for rural development in order to eradicate wastage due to administrative bottlenecks and other constraints.

   To development strong linkages between local communities, development organizations in order to develop a system of rural & multi-development groups participation.
