Sortilege was formed in 1995 by Roberto (vocals), Juzeph (guitars and keyboards), Rui (guitars), Gonçalo (bass) and Orlando (drums). They recorded their first demotape, ‘A Vision of Mystery’ in 1996, and a second one in 1999, ‘Benighted’. They have also played a number of gigs.
