Tormentvm were created in 2001 by bass player Morbius and guitar player Arcanus (aka Puritanium). They recorded a promo track and, in 2002, a demo tape that was never released (due to lack of vocals), ‘Seasons of Armageddon’. They were helped by Tóxico of Legacy of Darkness, Morbius’ other band, that shortly after broke up. They got a vocalist, Raven Black, and later Arcanus left the band. They prepared a full-length album but suffered several problems in the recording process. Meanwhile they released a 3 track demo called ‘Misanthropic Propaganda’.
