By looking at the pictures of it, you can't tell much about Neptunia, let alone the planet Nova Arcana, so don't get the impression that Neptunia is stuck in the middle ages, as the date may suggest. Nova Arcana is as far along as another planet, called "Earth."

Languages: Neptunian, 59.4% (from the native populations that inhabited the land long before the first major settlements, it is a slight variation on the English language); Cerise 38.5% (for all intents and purposes it is English with no variations); Other 2.1%.

Currency: Neptuneian Dollar (Aprx. $1 Nep = 99˘ Canadian).

Climate: Neptunia’s area is right on the Equator. Because of this, it hardly snows in Neptunia, although the mountains do get a fair bit of snow in the winter months. The climate is mild to warm and, in March and October, it rains (the rainy season). In the north, the temperatures vary from +10°C - +40°C in the summer, to -15°C - +10°C in the winter.

Summers can be scorchers, and winters are cold, but not terribly cold. Average temperature for Neptunia is around 17°C (Neptunia uses the metric system, as does the rest of the world except one country).

There are two main sports leagues in Neptunia: The NHL (Neptunian Hockey League, 18 teams) and the NFL (Neptunian Football League, 24 teams).
