Before joining, please read below. This is a description of what the team is about, and it also spells out a few guidelines. If you have any other question, please feel free to contact me, Jeebus.
Or ask the whole team on our
team thread
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Our only requirement is that team members be cool to each other and have fun. We're looking for people who can have fun with this game without getting so serious about it that they take their angst out on other players. We do not want to have the stereotypical "clan" mentality for this team.

TEAM MISSION: There is no specific mission of the team other than the whole "fight evil" thing. The Irregulars are a loosely knit band of heroes, each hero doing solo work on their own, and helping out the rest of the team whenever they can. Kind of like Marvel's Defenders, minus all the in-fighting (more like the original series, rather than the current one).

PROTECTING THE CITIZENRY: Though the Irregulars will be a loose-knit group of heroes, our mission will still be to protect the people of Paragon City. We want as little collateral damage to the city and harming of NPC's as possible, on our team missions or solo missions: none at all, if we can manage it. However, accidents happen. No one will be told "If we lose X amount of fame because of your screw ups, YOU'RE OUT." We will expect folks to do their best, and we won't single them out when they make a mistake. If a particular member is continually causing a problem, we'll handle it case-by-case, and kicking someone out will always be an absolute LAST resort.

THE COMMITMENT: Almost none. There is only one thing that will definitely get you kicked out of the team: being a jerk and repeatedly giving other team members crap. That's it. If you sign up for the team and don't show up on a team mission for six months, no one's going to give you crap about it. If you eventually decide to leave the team, the most that will happen is you'll get a few comments like "Sorry to see you go," or "You know where we are if you change your mind." You won't be bashed for it.

JOINING OTHER TEAMS ON THEIR MISSIONS: City of Heroes does not currently allow any one character to be a member of more than one team at the same time. However, you can “team-up” with other teams on their missions. We have no problem with anyone doing this. In fact, if COH allowed folks to be on more than one team at the same time, we would have no problem with that, either.

DECISION-MAKING: Any important decisions that will affect the team will be voted on.

THE WEBSITE: We'll do everything we can to highlight each and every character, as much as we can with what each player provides us with (i.e., screenshots, stats, origin stories, art, etc.). Everyone’s input on the web design is not only welcome, but encouraged.
If you're interested in joining, e-mail Jeebus, and provide him with a profile of your character. Make sure you give it an obvious subject name.
