| Treize Kushrenada is never the man you think he is. He's always something more: more complex, more intelligent, more ruthless. Never once does Treize falter in pursuit of his goals. Treize can be described as the only character in Gundam Wing who has carefully caculated reason for everything he does. And Treize knows every move made by every other person in the Gundam Wing series. If you look at what Treize does in a particular episode, it might not make any sense--until several episodes later when everything falls into place. A perfect example of this when when Treize resigned from the OZ leadership. At frist glance it didn't seem to fit the basic ruthlessness of his character. He loese all of his power, he can affect anything, and he's basically dropped out of the story. But his resignation had a domino effect. The Romefeller Foundation split into two parts--the Treize Faction and the Romefeller group--which begain battling each other. Their battle moved into space, and the colonies seized the opportunity to launch their own revolution and creat White Fang. |
