Awarded for a Great Clique, Webring or Club
You can apply for this award if you have a clique, webring or club. I know that I already have a webring award above but this is also if you have a site that has, say, both a clique and a webring or a club and webring (etc)
These next three are for people that don't think that they can win the ones above OR for people who think that their sites are too good for the ones above. They are ranked easiest to hardest.

To win the amazing site award, your site must have at least 3 or so galleries devoted to Sailor Moon.
Blue Moon Award
To win the Blue Moon award, your site must have evidence that you have worked hard and that you have a varity of things to do (say 4+)
The Starry Award
To win the Starry Award (my hardest award to win), your site must have it all. I'm really talking it all. Your site must have evidence that you really have worked your butt off on your site. To win this, your site has to have a well done layout.
