SETTINGS USED IN THIS TUTORIAL

Magic Wand:

Mode: Add/Shift, Match Mode: RGB Value, Tolerance 0, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-Alias checked and outside selected.

Drop Shadow:

Vertical Offset 2, Horizontal Offset 2, Opacity 80, Blur 5, Color Black

Step 1

Open up the double picture frame psp file and your tube graphics.

Step 2

Go to Layers/New Raster Layer and flood fill this layer with white.  Go to Layers/Arrange Send to bottom.

Step 3

Open up the layer palette and make sure you are on the top layer (the layer with the double picture frame).

Go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and move the sliders to obtain a color for your frame that will work well with both of your tube images. Once you colorize your frame, the inside portion will be a lighter shade, surrounded by a darker shade of the same color family.  The outside portion of the frame should remain black.

Step 4

Left click magic wand and use the settings from above.  Left click the magic wand on the interior portion of one of the frames.

Step 5

Make one of your tube graphics active and go to Edit/Copy.  Make the tag image active and go to Edit/Paste as New Layer.  Do not deselect.

If the tube image is too large to fit within the frame, go to Image/Resize using the percent option, bicubic and resize all layers NOT checked.

Step 6

Left click the mover tool and place the image within the frame.  Go to Selections/Invert, click the delete key and go to Selections/Select None.

Step 7

Open up the layer palette and locate the double frame layer.  Left click the magic wand inside the remaining frame.  Open up the layer palette and make sure you are on the top layer.

Step 8

Make your second tube graphic active and Repeat Steps 5 and 6.

Step 9

Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

Step 10

Open up your flower presets. There are various sizes of flowers that you can use for this tutorial or use as accents for other tags.  Go to the layer with the smallest flower and go to Edit/Copy.  Make your tag active and go to Edit/Paste as New Layer.  Move the small flower to the top of the frame as you see on mine.  Colorize your flower so that it works well with your frame.

Step 11

Go back to the flower tube and select a larger size flower for the bottom of the frame.  Copy and paste it and colorize the flower either the same color or a different color.  Add the drop shadow setting from above.

Go to Layers/Duplicate and move the flower next to the first.   Go to Layers/Duplicate once more and move the third flower over next to the second one.

What I did was made the middle flower just a bit smaller by going to Image/Resize using the percent option at 95%, bicubic and resize all layers NOT checked.

Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

Step 12

Add your copyright information and your text to the tag.

Go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

Step 13

Go to Image/Resize using the percent option at 80%, bicubic and resize all layers checked.

Step 14

Go to Layers/Duplicate.  Do this 6 more times so you have a total of 7 layers.  Save this file as a psp or psd file.
