June 12, 2003 I'm clarifying a few things on the site today and thought i'd write a little too. I don't know if i mentioned that my day finally found a job, but he did! That really shows the power of prayer. WOW! He's in detroit training right now. Anyway that's all. Oh yeah i think i might quit working with the vans, i don't like the person i have to become in order to deal with the kids on the van. June 11, 2003 Well, one of the cars is fixed, the other is still sitting at the mechanic's waiting for me to get enough money to get it out. I didn't get the job i applied for, well anyway that's the newest news here. May 20, 2003 Ok, today i'm in a really really bad mood. My family has two cars, one belongs to my parents and one belongs to me (even though i never drive it). So being a two car family you would assume at any given time at least one of those cars would be running. But guess what! Oh no , not us; not when Murphy's Law is in effect. Would you like to know where our two cars are? Well my car is sitting in a Auto Mechanic's Parking Lot waiting for parts that i can't afford to pay for. And my parents car is on Block's in the Vance's Driveway. Where we are systematically trying to figure out what in the world is wrong with the Gas pump. Not that we can really afford to buy one of those either. But since we can't afford anything it would go that we can't afford to fix the cars and i hate being poor and i hate not being able to go anywhere. I hate that my cousin had a baby shower last weekend and i couldn't be there because i had no car to get there in. I grew up dirt poor and i'm so tired of it. I can't even begin to count all the family events we missed because a car was broken down and we couldn't make it. Ok now i'm done ranting. May 16, 2003 Today shall be forever know in infamy as the day i tried sunless tanning and it worked!!! I got this new stuff from mary kay and it's awesome. oh i love mary kay. someday i want to sell mary kay if i can but i have to save enough money to buy the inventory. well anyway that's just one of the things on my list of things i want to do someday. May 14, 2003 I have a job interview on tuesday for a receptionist's position at a CPA firm. Please Please pray for me. I would love to get this job!!!! May 11, 2003 You know how sometimes you're with people and you know that you have an attitude and your being mean and you just can't help it. Sometimes it's like I know what i'm going to say or do will hurt someone and i don't really want to hurt anyone, but i do it anyway. Well that happened today and now i feel bad. May 12, 2003 Today I feel like I've let people down. Everyone had all these expectations for my life, what i should do, where i should go and so on... But now I'm just me and I still work at Arby's and i have to see people all the time who ask me about it and then look at me with disappointment. It's not like i'm not trying and maybe i'm happy still living at home. I don't think my life is so horrible, i don't need the guilt, i'm an adult and i've made my own choices and i'm the only one who has to live with the consequences.
