Here is a different version of the vampress Rory!!! Started around the 17th of January 2005 finished yesterday Jan 22, 2005. Entered in Monsum's contest for portrait doll as well as Anime elf next to it. I like how it came out, very cool!!! Well I think it's cool, he he he!!! Does the left lines of makeup look good or should they be shorter then the right side? Not sure. Base credit same as original version, though the link isn't working. I did this on June 20th and finished it on June 21, 2004 (OotP day!!!). I guess it was just spur of the moment. I like drawing just heads usually whenever I draw, so I thought why not doll one. I like lots of hair so I decided to make it extra long and ending in different spots. Ha ha, I love how the hair turned out!!! Oh, yeah and and don't mind the earrrings or design. I like putting earrings on dolls and facial designs. Base crdit is from Shouri, but her site is currently working. I finally finished her today(June 18, 2004) after starting her like a month ago. I love how she turned out, especially 'cause pointy fangs rock!!! Her name is Rory, which means famous ruler and red in Celtic/Gaelic. I was going more to the red because she is a vampire or vampress(isn't that what girl vampires are called?) So I love her, hair, eyes, mouth with fangs, clothing structure, patterned sleeves (I hope I didn't brighten out the pattern too much, eek), and the shading under her eyebrows and blurring of lines together as compared to the skin on the original base. Well I guess that means I love everything about this doll. Oh, yeah and I can't forget the cool mean expression that her eyebros give. I love it!!! As you can tell I had so much fun dolling her and hope to make a story about her or starring her!!! I had to doll a picture of me fantasy style so I went for the vampire/elf/Anna Valerious(sorta) look. The contest I did it for was Monsum. The base came from Firebird's Heaven. Check out the URL down below. I had so much fun designing her. I love everything, especially the boots and the see-through sleeves!!! Base credit - Just click the last picture that's not working on the bottom of the page. For a description contest in which I won 1st place!!! Rock on!!! I had fun making this guy, 'cause he's so deadly and dark. He'd be good for a story, hmm... If you're wondering about the feet, I modeled them off of Nazgul's. Spring Queen put into a contest at Monsum.Net. Didn't win anything. Entered in a SciFi In Blue contest at Ice Shadow Dolls. I won 2nd place and Heather's Choice!!! I had fun designing him. It is Mother Earth. Entered in a Small Base Edit Contest at Kixxi's Dollz and Cat's choice!!! I had so much fun dolling the big version of Mother Earth that I had to use the design again. Entered in a Pallet contest at Kixxi's Dolls and 1st place!!! I had so much fun dolling her and the guy!!! All pixel shaded because it had to be for the contest. My favorite is her hair and skirt, especially how the pattern came out. Oh, yeah, and the Jak style boots rock!!! Entered in same contest as girl doll, but won participation only. That's alright because I liked how th girl came out more. I do like his vest though. All pixel shaded because it had to be for the contest. I gotta love Jak's boots, man!!! I so want a pair!!! (I'm talking about from the video game, the doll's name isn't Jak. Ha ha!!!) Just some fantasy doll that I made. I entered it in a muse contest at Monsum.Net. Only won participation. That's alright because I didn't put much thought into shading. I love the pointy ears; Jak style!!! Some fantasy doll I just decided to make. I like his face markings as well as with the other dolls like that. I like his cloak, but the whole doll needs something more, like possibly a pattern. Oh, well, I'll try that sometime if I remember. I also love the pointy ears; Jak style(well they should actually stick out to the sides in order to be Jak style, but oh, well)!!! First doll made on my very first base!!! Her name is Sulnoske, if you couldn't already tell, but I forget how I mad up that name. I liked how she came out, it's just that the ears were suppossed to look like they were covered by some hair, but it turned out weird. Oh, well, I had fun making it and that's all that counts. :-) A request from my real life sister, Anna, who told me how she wanted the doll to look like. Her name is Wilwarin, which in Quenya means butterfly. I like how it came out, I might want to make it a little more shiny now that I think about it. (June 18th) Entered in Women Warriors Contest at Ice Shadow Dolls and won an award!!! It was for Great Detail and 2nd Most Practical!!! It was fun making her, but now that I look at it (June 18th) it looks like I could really fix it up. Mother Earth. I'm not too pleased with it, but considering with how small it is, I think it's pretty okay. Mother Earth for a contest at Monsum.Net. Recieved only participation. The picture kept getting scrunched when Monsum tried to put it with the other pictures for some reason. Oh, well. I had so much fun designing this doll. I think it's my best design yet. There were so many things that I added and I always wanted more. I think this will satisfy me for now, until I decide to shade it more. Ha ha!!! :) ;) Ichabod Crane as drawn from the movie Sleepy Hollow. It's easier to see with a black background. Entered in a Horror Movie Contest and won 3rd place!!! Base unkown. Entered in a Hero Contest at Monsum.Net and won for Best Outfit!!! I loved designing these guys. I don't know how I came up with the concept, I just went with the flow. Entered in a costume contest at Monsum.Net, but won nothing. It's a person dressed up as a bow and arrow. It's kind of messed up because it looks like the person was shot or shot themselves. If you look closely I tried to put the arrow in front so it didn't appear to look like that. I had fun designing this doll as well as the many others. She's like half elf/half bow and arrow!!! Ha ha!!! A green nymph. The design came off the top of my head when I figured out that I could take the outer skin color and get a different color with my right click. Then taking the eraser and holding the right button down over the color of the left hand button I could fill in the color. Well if that doesn't make sense, write to me and I'll tell you. So then I colored in the nymph and designed some clothes. I kinda like it man, it was fun to make and so simple and easy. Entered in a Red Contest at Eleni Aranelwa and recieved an Early Bird Award!!! I think I made this doll because of the contest, although I might have made it before the contest. Who knows, anyway, I loved making this doll and how it turned out. The silver trimming is the best I would say (Sarah agreed with me :)), I had fun making that. Entered in a Manga Yellow Dress Base Edit contest at Monsum.Net and won 3rd place!!! I think this is the first doll that I did really well and I like how it came out especially the colors together and the squiggle. I had actually done an earlier doll before the contest, but I didn't like how it looked so I redid it and came up with this!!! Man I love elf ears!!! I so want them for myself!!!
