| Pokemon have got into everything. Lunchboxes, Pencils, you name it Pokemon is it…feast your eyes on the Monster of Merchandising! Not content with the world of pencil sharpeners, pencils, trading cards and lunchboxes the little Pokemon have now branched off into healthcare as well! The only good thing about this product, as far as I can see is that Kids would much rather take vitamins if they were supposedly ‘fun’. Gimme a break! 60% Pokemon N64 £74.99 I bet there are some businessmen in Japan who work for Nintendo who, every couple of month’s are ritually pulled out of the cupboard they live in, dusted off and told to think of as many outrageous Pokemon merchandise possibilities as they can in one hour! The Pokemon N64 is sure to be a creation of one of those guys. Basically, for those of you who are not in the know, It’s an N64 with a couple of Pokemon stuck on, sprayed blue, given a higher RRP and then forced down the throats of kids. Actually this is quite a good bit of kit actually, if you can stand the Pokemon one-minute more! 75% Jigglypuff Stressball Finally, a Pokemon product that adults can enjoy! This Stressball is a basically a Jigglypuff that can be pulled, twisted and generally abused while you vent your anger on the outside world. Actually this is on of the better pieces of Pokemon merchandise and I think I might get one because of the stress induced by staying up late to write OTW! 95% Pokemon Pokedex-£17.99 For the Hardcore Pokemon fan there is a Pokedex. Made by Tiger electronics this includes all the facts and figures ‘You need to be a Pokemon master’. This is quite ironic as all this info is in the game, which is cheaper than the actual Pokedex. Pretty useless apart from the fact you can dictate each and every Pokemon’s attack to all your friends-Ah, the pleasures of life with Pokemon… 50% |
