Incase you were wondering where in the world I came up with the ID/ScreenName "Niraashaa" (depression) from.
No, I am not depressed, well.... let's just not settle on that notion. (ha ha) But anyway, One spring (maybe fall, I don't remember) day I was sitting in my brother's "study" in New Jersey, playing on the computer and I decided I needed a new email address, I must have tried like a 100 different screennames ranging from gulbadan to pagalpan and what not and everything in the freaking world was taken on hotmail, yahoo and excite!!!!!! It was really aggravating me and then I stopped to take a breather. [Yes, I know this is SUCH an exciting story]
Coincidentaly enough, Kishore Kumar was playing on my CD Player and he started to sing "Mere naina sawan badhoo..." and he sang the line that ends with "....aashaa aur niraashaa" and then it just hit me. I knew it was meant to be and there you have it, a screenname that is different, and suits me perfectly.
