This happened when I was in my grad 4. We were planning in the play ground which is the usual thing we do when the class teacher is not around. And apart from that our class room was just beside the play ground and under a tree. So as usual to of us were playing by throwing stones at each other. It was not a fight. It so happened that a stone which I threw at my friend hid his head and he was badly heart. Which we didn?t expect. Both of us were aware of what happened and was really scared and he was bleeding. So we didn?t know what to do. Since he was bleeding we had to do something. The only choice we had was to go to the head master. By the time we go there teachers who were there where shocked and thought that we had a fight. So what I did was took my friend directly to the head master told him the true situation. Initially he didn?t believe me, since my friend justified it was ok. Inside me I was really scared. I feared that he would punish me. But he understood every thing and advised both of us not to engage in such things and he put some medicine to prevent bleeding, and asked my friend whether he wanted to go home. The wound was not that serious as we thought so he was ok. After that both of us came to the class. By the next day this was spread across the school.
Now this head master is retired and old. He still reminds me of this and in his words I feel that he is proud of what I have become.
This happened when I was in my Advance Level class, the year before the exam. I was then a prefect. This was in the period when there where no majored activates in the school, and we where bored. During this time our head prefect was saying that there is a good comedy film in a near by film whole we should watch one of these days. So this thought was there for some time in our minds. In this certain day most of our teachers were not present and we had lost of free time. So this guy suggested to go for the film during the school time, which was always not allowed and we being prefects which was not suitable. We were all about 10 to 15 guys about 5 to 6 prefects and the head prefect obviously. So we came out of the school from the front gate because nobody suspect us. We were walking along the main road and passed the town. Then there came the ground boys land master, since we know the driver we where given a lift till the film whole. Just after we got down a father of one of my friend came and stopped in front of us. He asked where we where going, so we had to tell him and he without warring just went on his way. The saddest thing was that after all this we got to know that the film is not been shown. So we had to go back.
So to avoid getting caught we split our self and entered the college. But by the time we got there vice principle had got the news that some guys had gone for a film but he never suspected us. So he was searching for them, the funny thing was he had also told the head prefect about this and told him to find the guys. The atmosphere was so that it was not appropriate for us to hid with out telling that we were the people. So all of us except the head prefect went to the principle and took the blame. Since we went there and took the blame before catching us he was in a real uncomfortable situation, specially because of us prefects, who have been good all the time. So he scolded us heavily and let us go. And the head prefect gave all the support to save us. Our class teacher was so angry about this and she was also worried we would get punished. We too were really scared too. Till now my parents doesn?t know this.
The good thing is all of us are now in good social passions. Most of them are engineers since it was the moths class.
