Staging

The staging area consists of six tracks.  Two of the tracks will be used for LVRR passenger trains, the Asa Packer and the John Wilkes.  The remaining four tracks will be used for LVRR freight trains.  All of these trains will originate in staging and terminate in Pittston.  In Pittston, six new trains will originate and terminate in staging.  No switching duties will be performed by any of these trains.
