It is all about you and I and us and them being able to relate and coexist peacefully It is about tearing barriers, fences and other obstacles blocking the message(s) with extraneous noise and distractions It is about reaching without prejudice, equally, fairly, justly but firmly It is about achieving balance and equilibrium on a background of unknowns characterized by undefined, misunderstood and often misdirected objectives It is about sense and sensibility, commonality and universality of purpose It is about understanding you, me, them and us for we are but a small, small world It is about sharing goals, purpose, wins and losses, for it needs to be a team effort in all ways
