Hi Guys,  New from Wizzard:

They debuted at the Quarrel and sold out in minutes. These are the tires you've been longing for on your routed tracks. With subtle changes to the rim and tire cut, they have raised the bar again!

LTR FG or R $9.00 per pr.

LTR-.340, .345, .350 -FG  Green Rubber, with white silicone

LTR-.340, .345, .350 -R - new red silicone

Any one out there tried them yet (apparently you had to be at the Quarrel).  I would like some information from racers who might have used them.

Just in is the latest copy of Scale Auto Racing News.  There is a nice section on HO racing.  Of particular interest is the full color article on page 13.  It is coverage of John Venza’s Willys race with nice photos of a lot of our regular NJ Nostalgia Hobby HO guys as well as some who used to race here.

I would also like to pass on recommendations I have received from racers for the newer transistorized Professor Motor controllers.  I have sold several of these in the store and all reports have been favorable.  Customers are reporting success with the greater range of control afforded by these controllers.  I just got more in stock, $119.95 each.

As you can see from the specs below, they have a wide range of uses for both the 1/32 and HO racer.   I currently have neon green (a new color), blue and red in stock.

Professor Motor "Scale Racer PRO" Model Electronic Slot Racing Controller - Recommended Operating Voltage : 14 to 19 volts - POSITIVE polarity  (the store track and most club tracks are wired this way) - Includes 25 Ohm variable brakes, variable sensitivity, internal aluminum heat sink, heavy 13 gage silicone leads & solid copper alligator clips w/boots - New "Platinum Series" transistor technology - Recommended Applications : 1/32 & HO home, club and commercial track racing through JK Falcon & 16D Motors

‘Also in stock is the Super Lube PTFE Fortified Syntheic Oil which is recommended as a lubricant for Professor Motor controllers, $5.98 for a generous 4 oz bottle.

I hope to see you all soon.  Joe
