Let us look at some scriptures from the Holy Bible to find out what makes the wind blow.

To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure. Job 28:25

To make the [
mishqal..weight] weight for the [ruach..breath, wind, blast, air] winds; and he [takan..

Heat warms the surface of water and causes

press (sink, fall, drop) down..K.J.V. Job 6:15-17..Wycliffe..Job 37:10

by forcing cooler air to move down, and across, and into, empty places left by rising warm air..
Air fills
spaces
..Job 30:15..John 3:8

The earth which is surrounded by a blanket of vapour, is rotating in the presence of the sun, which is
carrying it, along with the moon, in a circuit from one end of the Milky Way Galaxy to the other..Psalm
19:4-6..As the earth rotates, it causes the vapours that surround the earth, to move about, and the

A. The wind blows because the rotation of the earth, and heat and cold upon the earth, cause the vapours
that surround the earth, to move about.

Note: I do not have a Wycliffe dictionary, so, I look at what he has written, then I compare what he said  to the K.J.V. and if
the scripture is referring to science, I also compare what he said to what is known. I always ask God through Jesus Christ his
Son, and the Holy Spirit of God, for the Holy spirit to teach me, the Holy Bible.
