38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost
was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) John 7:38,39

Q. What is this Spirit potamos, floods, rivers, streams of living water that those who believe/d in Jesus
Christ should receive?
It wasn't the Holy Ghost, because, the Holy Ghost had not yet been given, the Holy Ghost was to be
given after Jesus Christ was glorified.
Let us have a look at the following scripture.
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are
spirit, and they are life. John 6:63

The word of God imparts spritual life quickens.
This is my comfort in mine affliction; for thy word hath quickened me. Psalm 119:50
Jesus Christ spoke God's words.
God said..
18 I will raise them up a prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his
mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in
my name, I will require it of him; Deuteronomy 18:18,19
Jesus Christ said..
49 For I have not spoken of my self; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what
I should say, and what I should speak.
50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: Whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the
Father said unto me, so I speak. John 12:49,50..John 7:16..John 14:24

A. Those who believed in Jesus Christ were to receive (be given new tongues..Mark 16:17) the
Word of God..Isaiah 51:16..Jeremiah 1:9..Mark 16:17..John 7:38,39..John 6:63
I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as
I am not of the world. John 17:14
Jesus Christ gave, and gives, those who believe on him, the Word of God.
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his [kolia..inward parts..See Youngs] belly
shall flow rivers of the Words of God. John 7:38
Females also believe in Jesus Christ..If rivers of the Word of God are to flow out of the inward parts
of those who believe in Jesus Christ, and, females also believe in Jesus Christ, then, rivers of living water
(the Word of God) will flow out of the minds and mouths of females who believe in Jesus Christ.
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out
of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his
mouth speaketh. Luke 6:45
