People are earth.
In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken:

14 When I bring a cloud over a person's be watered, (iris) that the bow shall be seen in the cloud. Gen 9:14

Iris.
The iris is the round membrane of the eye which contains the pupil.

Cataract.
A cataract is a disease of the eye in which the lens of the eye becomes opaque, gets (covered with a cloud
of water).

Light is white.
2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. Matthew 17:2


                            Light can be parted.
                            By what way is the light parted, which scattereth the east wind upon the earth? Job 38:24

As light enters the cataract (droplets of water that make up the cloud of water) that covers the iris of the eye, the light is parted within the water droplets and a rainbow is seen in the cloud..A cloud is a gathering together of myriads, of very small drops of water..The cloud of water within the eye is made up of very small droplets of water..Droplets of water can be tiny..Persons with cataracts, are blinded, because the cloud of water that covers the eye, prevents light, from entering the eye. Job 36:32

                             Rainbows.
                             As light enters the myriads of very small droplets of water that make up clouds, the
                             light is parted within the water droplets, and arches of colour (rainbows) are seen in the
                             cloud.

               sky.        Rainbows are circles of colour in the sky.
