Leave the glass in a warm dry place, and you will find, that, the water dries up (vanishes), and the earth stays behind. Where did the water go? The water changed states (into vapour) and entered into the atmosphere..Water vapour is invisible..You can make water vapour come out of the air?..Place a can of drink in the freezer for awhile, take it out and stand it on the table, look at the drops of water that are appearing on the can, those drops of water are water vapour that cold is causing to come out of the air..Cold causes water vapour to come out of the air condense.
