Acts 9:17-20 Saul ate meat..Saul ate meat and was strengthened..Meat is a nourishing food..When we eat meat, our bodies are being nourished..Without food the body gets weak..When we eat meat we obtain strength (energy) from the meat..Meat contains strength (energy). Plants take water, nutrients from the soil, and energy from the sun in order to grow..Animals drink water, and eat nutrients from the soil and energy from the sun, when they eat plants..When we drink juices, and eat meat, and plants, and the fruits and vegetables obtained from plants, we are also eating nutrients from the soil and energy from the sun.
