Golden Horde - Volga river Chinese style belt

This 14th century belt set, done in "Chinese style", was found at the Golden Horde town site at Selitrennoe, Kharabalin region, Astrakhan, on the East bank of the Volga river.

Made of gilt bronze, forged and stamped.
Length of strap ends: 8 cm
Width of strap ends: 2.6 cm
Maximum dimension of plaques: 5 cm

As of the time of book publication it is located at the Department of Archaeology, Historical Faculty, Moscow State University.
