A Briefing:
The 'electrical menace' was more or less an "experience"...a paranormality witnessed by three teenagers in the summer of 1998. The sighting occurred to the southwest of the intersection of state highway 29 and county road 5 in northern Douglas County, Minnesota. The 'electrical menace' is rightly named, due in part to the complexities of its very being. At first glance it was thought to be ball lightning...a natural phenomenon. I firmly believe that is the most probable answer. Another possiblity is that it is merely an UFO. The UFO theory is the general consensus, though the term "UFO" is one of an extremely vague nature. Regardless, it was a most memorable experience and will be rivaled by very little in my lifetime.

T.E.M.P.: "the electrical menace project" more or less came to light within the last year (it is now August 2001). It is a vision that I had...a way to create some sort of legacy, or true identity for the 'electrical menace.' Through music, the 'EM' will be explained. Once complete, T.E.M.P. will have a punch as sharp as Pokemon or the mullet...but with the longterm effects of the automobile or fire.
