Assume that the Andromeda was not caught in the event horizon of the black hole
but was captured by the Nietzscheans instead. Without Dylan and his crew to come
back from 300 years in the future, the Nietzschean Tactical Offensive at
the Battle of Witchhead Nebula would have succeeded without the loss of the majority
of their ships, and they would have taken over the Commonwealth. 300 years later
things would be very different.
