Cornwall is overall a nice place to live,with open rambling moorland,a stunning rugged coastline and some fine beaches and a lot of history, culture and heritage,but unfortunately in recent years over developement,and congestion have been negative factors in many areas here but I suppose that is also happening in most of Britain.
I was raised as a member of the religious group of Jehovah's Witnesses which I left in 1996 for consientious reasons and for my own sanity.
I could not perform mental gymnastics and support dangerous contradictory policies like their anti-blood policy and play their game of blackmail against free speech,so I left. The whole experience was rather traumatic at the time but now thankfully I have moved on and developing more as an individual rather than an institutionalized pawn.. I have tried most disciplines at riding club level, showjumping,eventing,hunter trials moonlight steeplechase charity rides etc,but I like to keep it to a novice level and not get to serious and competetive,which I find a lot more enjoyable .
Our two dogs are,Murphie who is a very fine looking Border Collie cross Weimaraner who is very intelligent and a constant loyal companion and also Tarra a new addition who is a beautiful young Weimaraner.
We also keep two ferrets called Itchie and Scratchie,one with typical polecat markings and one cream coloured,they are both exceptionally tame as they were handled a lot from when we had them as little kits,we originally purchased them because we were plagued with rabbits at the fields where we used to keep the horses,but they are actually good pets which are little trouble to look after and the most amusing creatures to watch when at play.
So as you can imagine from the above, one and all we are quite fond of pets.
