Friends and Foes
				Although GA doctrine promotes the creation of allies, a code to which we adhere with madness and zelotry, even we can have enemys, see both here. This does not mean that we shall engage in combat with our enemies. It simply means that they are not friends of us,and will not get any attention from us.
