| The following weeks, Wade and Amanda continued their fling in secret. It was exciting to them both keeping it in secret. Never knowing when they were gonna get caught. At the way things were going, they weren't gonna get caught for awhile. Or so they thought. One evening, Wade and Amanda had decided to not go to the party everyone else was going to. Instead they went to the movies and a walk on the beach. "I'm having a great time," Amanda said as they walked along the shoreline hand-in-hand. "Me too, " Wade agreed. "I think this is the most fun I've had in months," laughed Amanda. Wade smiled and kissed her on the lips. She kissed him back. Soon, they were french kissing. " I love you," Wade whispered. "I love you too," She whispered back. J.C. threw rocks into the ocean. He had decided not to go the party. Afterall, Amanda wasn't there, and it wasn't right for him to be partying while she was in bed sick. He started to throw more rocks, but was distracted by moaning noises coming from his right. He looked to his right, and saw a brunnette and a blonde kissing passionately. Oh, how he had missed that. Lately, Amanda had been always to busy, always something. He took another look at the couple and something looked familiar. The guy looked like Wade. J.C. took a step closer. It WAS Wade. 'I didn't know Wade had a girlfriend, way to go man', J.C. thought to himself. He looked at the girl closely. 'She looks awfully familiar. She looks like...AMANDA!' J.C. thought. He was furious now. He ran up to them. "Do you mind if I join you?" J.C. said, anger evident in his voice. They broke apart. At first, they had looks of disgust on their faces. Then they recogonized who it was. Pure shock was written all over their face. "I thought you were SICK Amanda? And you? How could you do this to me?" "All is fair in love and war, man." Wade answered. "JC, I' m sorry--" Amanda started as she walked a few steps closer to him. "No, I don't want to hear your voice. Just..get away from me." JC shouted as he ran off into the distance.Amanda ran after him. "JC, Wait!" Amanda yelled. He continued to run from her. Finally, she caught up with him. Panting she said," JC..give me..a chance to explain." He looked at her as if she was beneath him. "Two minutes." "I don't know why I did it. I don't even love him. I love YOU J.C. He was just a fling. A mistake. If you take me back, I swear on my life I will NEVER hurt you again." Amanda explained. "The first time you let someone hurt you, you learn from it. The second time you let them hurt you, you were stupid enought to let them hurt you again. Good-bye Amanda. I don't wanna ever see you again." With that, J.C. walked away from her, never looking back. Amanda fell to her knees, looking in the distance. "Did you really mean what you told him?" Wade asked sadly. Amanda remained silent. "You did, didn't you? You never loved me. I hate you Amanda. I hope you rot in hell." With that, he too walked away from her. He took one final look at her, and with that was gone. Amanda cried, not only because they were angry with her but mostly because she was alone. The end |
