Chapter Nine
That morning was so stange. I couldn't believe Justin was up before me. I opened my eyes at 6:45 am, to see Justin packing my clothes. He smiled at me. "Chelle, don't you have any formal dresses? We may have to go somewhere nice."

I laughed. "Justin, I don't get a chance to go anywhere nice."

He gurned, going back to his work, "We'll just have to fix that." I had herd him, but it was too early to argue.

We were packed, out the door, and on the way to the airport by 8 am. I looked at Justin playing ti-tac-toe with Kayla, who wasn't a morning person, but was really hiper for some reason.

Then I put my attention back towards my mother. She had called my cell phone at exactly 8 am. "Michelle, Justin cares about you. He's just trying to help. And right now, you need him. I know it's been hard since, you know, but let Justin in. It's Justin, remember, your best friend. Just remember that, for me."

I could barely concentrate on what my Mom was saying because I was focused on Kayla. She was grinning from ear to ear, laughing with Justin.  Justin glanced up at me and smiled. "Yeah, okay Mom. But I gotta go, we're here. I love you too, bye."

Justin smiled at me, "You okay?"

I smiled back, "Yeah, I'm just ready to get out of South Carolina."

We all got out of the car and I picked Kayla up. "But Momma! I wanna piggy-back with Unkie Justin." And with that Jusitn scopped her out of my arms and they were off, laughing as they walked.

About an hour and a half later we had landed in Orlando, Florida. The whole plane trip Kayla had played games with Justin. she seemed to enjoy him, and I had to admit, so did I.

Justin picked Kayla up again and we were rushed into an awaiting SUV. Soon we were pulling into a driveway. I looked up and saw the most beautiful house, no, mansion. Justin saw the awe on my face.

"Wait until you get inside! There's six bedrooms, 4 baths, and entertainment/game room, and a studio in the basement. Not to add the pool and lake out back."

As we walked in the front door we were greeted by an abundance of smiling faces.
