The Strikemobile (18 Mecha Points)

After deciding the traffic patrol of the Bokuto Station wasn't properly policing double-parkers, reckless lane-changers, and speeders within their jurisdiction, the Amazing Strikeman took it upon himself to do so. He devised a rather amazing vehicle, which he named the Strikemobile.
The Strikemobile is a heavily modified American-made sports car. It has been souped up to the max and is so fast that even the Today Patrol Car has a hard time keeping up. Further, it is equipped with a variety of weapons, such as  the Tarp Launcher (which fires tarps and blankets from the car's trunk that cover the windshields of speeders and reckless drivers to force them to stop), the Strike-winch (which is a collapsable pully system which Strikeman uses to away, or deposit on top of phonebooths, cars that are parked illegally) and the Strike Missile System (which he fires at anyone he happens not to like).
The speed, manouverability, and armaments of the Strikemobile might well take Strikeman from irritant to genuinie threat to the public's safety... if he was a better driver. While he has had some success with his traffic enforcement crusade--to the delight of the local media and consternation of Natsumi--it is almost certain that Strikeman will crash and be apprehended the first time the officers of Bokuto end up chasing him while he is driving. Will Strikeman's greatest invention lead to his eventual unmasking? Only time will tell!

*Strike-winch: This collapsable, portable pulley system is able to lift passenger cars and smaller vehicles as high as 2.5 meters into the air. A successful Body check on the part of the operator will permit him or her to balance the lifted vehicle atop narrow surfaces such as the top of phonebooths or on fountains.

**Tarp Launcher: This weapon is located in the trunk of the Strikemobile. It is loaded with 8 tarps and it fires one per round. The user must be located in front of the targeted vehicle or pedestrian and targets the launcher through the Strikemobile's review mirror. A Heavy Weapons (launcher) skill check with a +2 penalty is required to successfully hit the targeted vehicle. The driver of the targeted vehicle receives a Driving skill check with a +4 penalty to avoid the tarp. If the vehicle is successfully hit, the driver's view is obscured by the tarp and all Driving checks suffer +8 penalties until the vehicle is stopped and the tarp removed.
