"Sex vincit mentem" means "six defeats brain." According to Karl Heinz, a loyal member of Fanaticus and the man who provided this translation, there is no plural for "six" in Latin, just as there is no plural for "six" in proper English.  We only use "sixes" in colloquial speech (so stop it you bloody savages!).
