Indonesian Military (TNI) Had Started Their Intimidation Before
The 54th Anniversary Of RMS Independence Day On April 25,
2004
As always the Colonial Government always used the intimidation methods to face
their colony, which has been practiced by the MILITARY OF NKRI (NEO
COLONIALISM REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA) to the Molucca's Alif'uru Nation in Ambon
and Moluccas Island generally.
The Struggle of Molucca's Alif’uru nation to demand the sovereignty of Their Nation
and Country, The Republic of South Moluccas (RMS), which is Independent and
Proclaimed on April 25, 1950, is a Moral struggle based on values of Righteousness,
Justice, and Truth also based on Democracy, which was started by the MOLUCCAN
SOVEREIGNTY FRONT (FKM) which located from the Moluccas Homeland and has
been campaigning / spreading information about the Truth and Validation of THE
REPUBLIC OF SOUTH MOLUCCAS (RMS), however the Colonialist Government of
NKRI spreading the issues separatism to FKM struggles, even though the RMS is a
valid country that has been Independent and Sovereign which latter was annexed by
the Republic of Indonesia or which is changed to the NKRI (NEO COLONIALISM
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA) in 1950 by using Military power and also placing their
military occupation in all Moluccas Islands Regions and practicing the NEO
COLONIALISM.
All of the Moluccas Island Natural resources has been emptied out for the Colonial
Government, while the Country and Molucca's Alif'uru Nation as the heir of those
natural resources is letting suffered and deprived, anyone who is willing to voice their
opinion will be stigmatized as RMS Rebels / separatist, while the government keep
emptying out the Moluccas Natural Resources selfishly without thinking about their
impacts for the Moluccas.
At this moment in Moluccas Regions there has been placement of 7 (seven) battalion
of NKRI military occupation plus 3 (three) supplement battalion, plus the 1 (one)
militia battalion (Pamswakarsa) formed by the NKRI government. Their function is to
provoke and intimidate the Molucca's Ali'uru nation communities who are supporting
the FKM struggle.
The placement of military occupation into the secluded regions, as an exampled
Aboru Village, which located in Southern of Haruku Island with population of 2000 (two
thousands) people, In Aboru was placed 1 (one) Special Forces Police (BRIMOB
POLRI) platoon, 1 (one) TNI KOPASSUS groups and 4 (four) intelligent personnel of
TNI, they have been pressuring the Aboru’s communities, even lead to the
intimidation treatment by force such as assaults.
On March 26, 2004 a young man named Melkianus Malawau, was assaulted by the
TNI KOPASSUS personnel named, First Sergeant Achmat , until he was
unrecognized and hurt, just because of family affairs and the matters now being
finished by the commander of Brimob at Aboru post.
The First Sergeant Achmat , is a Koppasus personnel that is always intimidating the
communities by spreading issues if on April 25, 2004 there is a RMS flag flied in
Aboru Village, the Kopassus will be shooting all of Aboru’s people and the First
Sergeant Achmat, also one of the International Terrorist, because he always showing
hatred, cursing and slandering the United States of America, even though US had
done nothing to him.
On April 5, 2004, TNI Regional XVI Pattimura from the Unit of Regional Facility
(Paldam), had started to demolishe the community housing around the PALDAM
housing complex, which created tension in those area because thousands of people
from that community had came out and condemned the TNI actions, while TNI forces
pointed out the M16 made in US to the civilian who was protesting; As these
locations have been disputed between the Customary Owners of Soya, at Ambon
Regional Court.
All these TNI actions really show the characteristics of military occupation who
controls a colony. They do not recognize any laws or respect the Human Rights.
